Preliminary Parenting Intake – This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child/families behaviors and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting. Having this information in advance helps us make the most of our time together.
Consultation (via Facetime or Phone) –During the consultation we will discuss routines, strategies, and troubleshoot possible problems. I will discuss with you how to start making the changes needed to bring structure, self control, and joy back into your home.
Customized Parenting Plan – I will prepare for you a parenting plan that will address your child/children's individual needs. It will provide you with clear and easy to follow steps. This plan is carefully made with your child/children, family values, and routines carefully thought out.
2 Follow Up Phone Calls – These calls will take place during the two weeks following the consultation. Follow-up calls typically last about 15 minutes, and we’ll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions.
2 Weeks of Unlimited Text and Email Support – During our time together you will have two weeks of unlimited text and email support. Use these texts and e-mails to ask questions about the program as we work together. I’ll respond to your texts and e-mails within one business day.

Includes everything from the Phone / Facetime Support PLUS:
• In-person assessment - I will arrive at your home at a high stress time.
• Provide guidance - As needed I will make suggestions verbally, through texts or model behaviors if appropriate.
• Assist you through bedtime or other hard transition times- helping to coach and encourage you as you implement the new parenting strategies.
• Answer additional questions - Once children are settled, we will meet together to answer any final questions about our time together or set a time for a call or Facetime.
